PODCAST

Me and my friend Burak conducted an interview. We talked to 10 people and asked them ‘’ Where do you see yourself in 5 years later?’’. Their responses showed that most of the students want to be rich and famous. A few of them said that anywhere they just be happy. This must demonstrate us ,as a future English teacher, students do not care what job they do. Also some of them want to leave the country for good. While we were completing the task we had some difficulty surely. At first, we could not decide what should we ask to people. There were so many ideas in our minds and we could not get them together easily. But when we finally found the question things became easier. There were so many people around us and we just chose ten of them. After we got their permission to record their voice we fulfilled our task substantially. To be honest I got stressed at first but with Burak’s backing we started to have fun. When I become a teacher I will probably give this kind of task to my students....

  Hey dear reader! This is Fidem talking. I'm 20 years old. I am an ordinary university student whom trying to write some stuff on here. I have a cat named Latte. He's so fat and fluffy. I also interested in music. Well, I play piano since 2010. Plus I love singing. But music is just my pastime activity. Ever since I could remember, I've always been into English. I was writing English poems while I was 15 and then I was composing them. If you are confused, I will attribute to a point. I kinda like writing things. Whatever the topic is. I always find a connection between my interests and the topic. So this is why I'm blogging. I think expressing your thoughts freely must be a priority in everyone's lives. All of us should blogging! Because why not?

21ST CENTURY ONLINE LEARNING As we all know we have been struggling with Covid-19 for almost 2 years. When it first came out everyone's lives destroyed. No one knew what they should do. Especially students had never been in this kind of situation. We as students did not go our schools. It was like a nightmare. Maybe some of us were pleased to be at home but for me it was terrifying. I studied so hard to get in a university. I did! But just after that pandemic occurred and I felt like everything was meaningless. Our teachers tried to minimize the disadvantageous sides of the online learning. However, nothing could take place of face to face learning. I think, to some extent, online learning is more beneficial than the normal one. For example we do not have to leave our safe place or we could record the lessons to study after the class.
